A BIRTHDAY PARTY OF “OUR TOURS WITH OUR FRIENDS”

March 10, Sunday. In the centre of Tbilisi, in one of the restaurants well-dressed women and men are gathering. They look exciting.
It’s a birthday party! But whose?!
Everything started four years ago…
Tinatin sent invitations to everybody inviting them to visit one of the sightseeings of Georgia. It was May or June when I first joined the tours and even today I still clearly remember its details.
We visited Mtskheta, Shio Mghvime and Zedazeni. After a tiring and exciting day we had Khinkali at “Zeinabis Garazhebi”.
The day was a start to meet with interesting and friendly people…
Then I remember visiting “Lomisa”. I exactly experienced the words of Vazha Pshavela “Hail dawn on me, sky”…
And the last experience was visiting St George monastery of Sarke last April. It was early days of spring but warm, we lost our way in the wood, walked in the snow, in the water…In spite of difficulties everything ended well…
So many memories gathered around us, which gathered the members of the tours together…
In a restaurant…
Everybody wanted to see each other dressed up and on high heels…
So it was on March 10, Sunday…
The day was really wonderful! Sixteen of us were sitting around the table, eat less, but talked much… As it usually happens, women are more than men, though they don’t speak about dresses, fashion, brands or other women topics, but remember funny stories, which seemed serious that time… The Sarke tour is much spoken about, when one of the twenty members of the tour was afraid of wolves…
Much dance…
Everybody was dancing. Nobody was sitting at the table…
And in the end…
Everybody lost with their words then a birthday song was sung and a birthday cake was brought at our table with four candles on it…
It was a surprise from our guide, Tinatin…
As everything ends in our life, our birthday party ended wonderfully but went long life friendship between us…
Such tours have two positive sides: You visit sights and see the history of your country, meet locals and learn about their habits and you meet interesting people, who you can rely on later…
So, enjoy our tours with our friends with so many surprises!
