The 11th International Exhibition of Wine and Spirits WineExpo Georgia2018 was opened on June 14. 150 companies from 12 countries participated in it: Georgia, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, USA, Germany, Hungary, Ukraine, Armenia and Russia.
Members of the international jury revealed ‘Trophy’, Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winner wines in several categories. About 250 samples of 60 companies were nominated for the competition.
The exhibition lasted three days and was supported by the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and the National Wine Agency.
WinExpo is a good platform to attract a large number of buyers and experts from CIS countries and not only.
Gold medal winners were: Kakheti Wine Cellar, Dugladze Wine Company, Guramishvili Marani, Bineki, Beruashvili Family Winery, Tamari, Dato Chikhladze’s Marani, Shalauri Mariani, Svhukhman Wines Georgia, Traditsiuli, Barbare, Qvevri Wine Cellar, Giuaani, Chateau Nekresi, Eristavi, Wine Company, Shumi.
