Yes, we speak about Dato Chikhladze’s Marani, situated in a Garage on Panaskerteli St. It is a usual garage from outside, you open the door and instead of a car you see wine vessels, but it is not all. You pass them and see the staircase leading downstairs where you can find yourself in the room for wine tasting and dining. There is a balcony with greenness where there is another staircase leading to the cეllაr where you can imagine or not, there are 7 qvevris-500 L and 750 L each.Kisi, Khikhvi, Rkatsiteli, Goruli Mtsvane, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Otskhanuri Sapere, Saferavi, Krakhuna and Chkhaveri (not qvevri wine)-these are the wines Dato Chikhladze with Zurab Glonti can offer with Georgian traditional dishes. At the 2nd International Qvevri Wine Competition which was held in Georgia, on May 3 and 4 2018, organized by the Georgian Wine Association and supported by the National Wine Agency Dato Chikhladze’s Marani was awarded with two silver medals. Silver medal winning wines are Rkatsiteli 2017 and Kakhuri Mtsvane 2017.
